They are lovely soft shoes but I was horrified when I looked down and saw them ripped

You should not expect this to happen with any purchase from us, sadly it seems there is a manufacturing fault with the pair you recieved.

Absolutely adore these, I've been wearing them all day every day for months on end and they are still going strong, look gorgeous, so comfy, and I get compliments on them all the time (in Paris, no less, haha). I've never been a ballerina flats kinda gal but these have converted me. Now my staple shoe
The stitching came apart after 3 wears. Not worth it.
I liked these flats a lot but after about a week of wearing them, the stiches came loose around the top of the shoe and the material began to unravel. Disappointing because I've had so much luck with other styles from WVS.

Best ballet flats out there. Such an elegant shoe and so comfortable. I can see myself wearing these for the next 10 years.
