WVSport was launched in 2017 with a mission to create high-performance, vegan, and ethically-made outdoor footwear. Our first model, the Oakes Cross Running trainers, were designed for world record holder Fiona Oakes, and featured in the documentary Running For Good. These trainers are built to withstand extreme environments, with advanced Vibram rubber injection outsoles and ballistic welded uppers made from Lyliane 3DMX, all while supporting Fiona’s Tower Hill Stables Animal Sanctuary.
Since then, we’ve expanded the WVSport range, introducing models that combine durability, craftsmanship, and cutting-edge performance technology. WVSport Waterproof Hiking Boots, our best-seller, have become a favorite among hikers from the Rockies to the Yorkshire Dales, with over 355 five-star reviews. We’ve also introduced the WVSport Colorado Trail Runners, crafted in Italy for rugged durability, superior traction, and breathability, and the WVSport Montreux Trek Boots, designed to conquer rough, demanding trails with ease. All WVSport models are created at our facility in the foothills of the Dolomite Hills, Italy, where advanced techniques like Vibram outsoles, 37.5® Technology linings, and Strobel construction ensure that each pair meets the highest performance standards.
