these boots are my new fav boots, wearing them nearly every day. style and quality are top. also super comfy. BUT they run small, I had to take one size bigger then usual! (normally 39, here I took a 40)

Really love my boots, nice and comfy to walk in. They did run a bit small so needed to return my first order, which were a bit tight to pull on and off, and exchanged them for the next size up which were perfect. Exchange process was so easy too, really pleased with the whole order process.

Beautiful boots with thick padded sides that stay up and a super soft lining that doesn’t rub my shins. Quite warm but have still coped well doing walking in hot weather. Definitely need to size up, I am glad I listened to other reviews there.

Very comfortable boots, they are not soft, so remain standing when removed, rather more than wellies do. True to size.
I also purchased a pair of the other Will’s western boots, in brown. They were a more refined and expensive looking finish and cost a bit more but although I loved their appearance, they were heavier, much larger and too chunky for me. I take a 41, so a large, heavy boot then looks unflatteringly big.

I absolutely love them, only complaint is they're sort of hard to get off but that means they're snug and fit well when on.
